商品描述

The restriction enzyme Xba I linearizes template DNA plasmids to prepare for mRNA production.

Xba I is supplied as a solution without a reaction buffer. The reaction buffer is available separately via material number 09109331103, material name: SuRE/Cut Buffer H, 500 ml.
Concentrate your efforts on mRNA drug design and clinical studies by relying on a proven enzyme in mRNA vaccine manufacturing.
Enhance the safety of your mRNA therapeutic drug by using a biopharma quality enzyme that is animal-orgin-free (AOF) and antibiotic-free.
Application
Restriction enzyme Xba I is used upstream of the in-vitro mRNA synthesis step during mRNA therapeutics and vaccine manufacturing. The enzyme linearizes plasmid vectors that serve as a template for the synthesis of mRNA via in-vitro transcription. It can also be used for other molecular applications such as cloning.
Properties
Xba I recognizes the sequence T/CTAGA and generates fragments with 5′-cohesive termini (Zain BS, Roberts RJ, 1977). The enzyme needs at least two nucleotides around the target sequence for cleavage.
