Amyloglucosidase.

From A. niger. High purity. For use in Megazyme Total Starch and Dietary Fiber methods. Electrophoretically homogeneous. Stabilised liquid in 50% glycerol. 

Specific activity: approx. 36 U/mg (40^oC, pH 4.5, soluble starch as substrate). 200 U/ml on p-nitrophenyl β-maltoside; 3,260 U/ml on soluble starch.

Stable at 4^oC for > 4 years.
