Avidin-Fluor 800 product is streptavidin-linked fluorophore with 800 absorbance maximum used for fluorescence-based detection of biotinylated molecules. The provided product can be used at 1:100 dilution ratio for pIMAGO-biotin on microplate detection (ELISA), or at 1:1,000 dilution ratio for pIMAGO-biotin on membrane detection (Western Blot). Store at 4 degrees Celsius.
